In the wake of the Raccoon City Incident, the world was changed considerably. One such consequence surfaced in a remote village in Spain, after a cult known as the Los Illuminados kidnapped President Graham's daughter, Ashley Graham.
In response, the United States scrambled an operation together. They sent one survivor of the Raccoon City Incident and former Rookie RPD officer to recover her. This jacket is inspired by leaked images from the 2004 operation, and the equipment carried by the one-man army sent into the village.
