East German visor hats for the waterway customs officials.

The "reunification" option is a East German Zoll hat that had the white top replaced with a West German top. The top was replaced during the short period of the German reunification before all the DDR equipment was replaced.

The 'Damaged" options is a little misformed and has some slight stains, can be fixed.
